Robin Strong is a Managing Director for Convergex’s Westminster Research Associates (WRA), an industry leading investment research and commission management provider. He is responsible for delivering Westminster’s unbundling and MiFID II compliant solutions to its growing client base. He is also responsible for expanding Westminster’s broad range of commission management, research payment and outsourcing services to buy and sell-side investment firms across the U.S. and Europe. Robin also plays a key role in preparing the firm’s clients for reforms outlined in MiFID II, one of which requires firms to manage payments for research through Research Payment Accounts (RPAs) or to pay for the research directly.
